Tire Cutting Machine

Working principle of Tire Cutting Machine:

The discarded tires are placed on a sleeve and controlled to rise and fall through a hydraulic rod. After being cut by a cutting machine, the tires are then cut into rubber strips with a width of less than 10cm. The rubber strips are transported to the cutting machine through a safety channel, cut into small rubber blocks of 7-8cm, and finally discharged through the discharge port.

Applicable materials:Various types of waste tires: steel wire tires, nylon tires, radial tires, tires below 1200.

Advantages of Tire Cutting Machine:

1. Equipped with a hydraulic sleeve, the waste tire is automatically lifted and lowered on the sleeve, with one click operation to complete the bite.

2. A "safety channel" has been installed, allowing the long strips from the cutting machine to enter the blocking machine directly through the "safety channel".

3. The whole tire is directly lifted by the sleeve, and the hydraulic rod is pressed down, saving labor.
