Working principle of Metal Magnetic Separator:

After the iron remover is connected to the power supply, the magnetic system generates a strong magnetic field. When the scattered materials on the conveying machinery pass under the iron remover, the ferromagnetic impurities mixed in the materials are continuously sucked up under the magnetic field force of the iron remover (the weight of ferromagnetic impurities is 0.1-25kg), adsorbed on the lower surface of the iron remover, and driven by the motor, the belt rotates one circle before falling off from the side.
