Working principle of Copper Aluminum Radiator Separator Machine:

Cut the clean radiator neatly to 30-40cm wide, then put it into the feed port, within a few seconds the copper tubes and aluminum fins will be discharged separately. The copper tubes will stay intact, while the aluminum fins will be a bit broken for one row of radiators, and intact for two rows of radiators. This radiator recycling machine can separate the whole copper tube from the aluminum plating of waste radiators, and make the aluminum into blocks for easy collection and sale.

The radiator iron head must be cut off from both sides of the radiator; the radiator must be cut with a band saw according to the width of each feed opening; the radiator with more than 2 layers must be cut into one layer and two layers with a band saw; The radiator is fed into the wrong feed port (the three feed ports are suitable for 19mm, 21mm, 25mm radiators respectively); when the radiator is fed into the feed port correctly, each feed gear of the feed port must be located every two The middle of a copper tube; or copper tube and aluminum will not separate. Twisted radiators cannot be machined.
