Introduction of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

Pulse dust remover is a new type of high-efficiency pulse dust remover improved on the basis of bag dust remover. It combines the advantages of various pulse jet dust removers with chamber back blowing, overcomes the disadvantages of insufficient chamber dust removal intensity and uneven distribution of inlet and outlet air, expands the application range, and is widely used in the dust removal and purification of industrial and mining enterprises, such as metallurgy, building materials, machinery, chemical industry, mining, etc.


Structure of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

The body structure of the bag filter is mainly composed of the upper box, the middle box, the lower box (ash hopper), the dust cleaning system and the dust discharge mechanism.

According to the shape of the filter bag, it is divided into: flat bag (trapezoid and flat shape) and round bag (cylindrical shape).

According to the way of air in and out, it can be divided into: bottom air inlet and upper air outlet, upper air inlet and lower air outlet, and direct current type (limited to flat flat bags).

According to the filter method of the bag, it is divided into: external filter type and internal filter type.

Fibers for filter materials include cotton fibers, wool fibers, synthetic fibers, and glass fibers.

Working principle of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

When the dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet pipe at the lower part of the dust collector through the deflector, the coarse dust will fall into the ash hopper due to the collision of the deflector and the reduction of the gas velocity, and the rest of the fine dust will fall into the ash hopper with the gas. Entering the filter bag room, due to the inertia, diffusion, barrier, hooking, static electricity and other effects of the filter fiber and fabric, the dust is blocked in the filter bag, and the purified gas escapes out of the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The ash accumulated on the filter bag is removed by gas backwashing, and the removed dust goes down to the ash hopper, and is discharged to the ash conveying device through the double-layer ash unloading valve. The dust accumulated on the filter bag can also be removed by blowing pulsed airflow, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal, and the removed dust is discharged by the dust discharge device.


Advantages of Pulse Bag Dust Collector:

1. The dust removal efficiency is high, generally above 99%. The dust concentration in the outlet gas of the dust collector is within tens of mg/m3, and it has a high classification efficiency for fine dust with submicron particle size.

2. The range of air volume is wide, the small one is only a few cubic meters per minute, and the large one can reach tens of thousands of cubic meters per minute. It can be used for dust removal of flue gas in industrial furnaces and kilns to reduce the emission of air pollutants.

3. Simple structure, easy maintenance and operation.

4. Under the premise of ensuring the same high dust removal efficiency, the cost is lower than that of the electrostatic precipitator.

5. When using glass fiber, polytetrafluoroethylene, P84 and other high temperature resistant filter materials, it can operate under high temperature conditions above 200 °C.

6. Not sensitive to the characteristics of dust, not affected by dust and resistance.
