Introduction of Linear Vibrating Screen:

The linear vibrating screen uses a vibration motor as the source of vibration power, causing the material to be thrown up on the screen and move forward in a straight line. The material evenly enters the feeding port of the screening machine from the feeder, and through multiple layers of screen, several specifications of screen on and off are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets. The linear vibrating screen can also screen and classify powder and granular materials, and is widely used in industries such as plastics, abrasives, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, building materials, grain, carbon, fertilizers, etc.

Structure of Linear Vibrating Screen:

The linear vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibrating motor, motor pedestal, vibration damping spring, bracket, etc.

1. Screen box: welded from several steel plates with different thicknesses, it has a certain strength and stiffness and is the main component of the screen machine.

2. Screen frame: Made of pine wood or wood with small deformation, mainly used to keep the screen flat and achieve normal screening.

3. Screen: There are several types of screens, including low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, and stainless steel wire.

4. Vibration motor: (Please refer to the vibration motor user manual for usage and maintenance methods).

5. Motor pedestal: When installing a vibration motor, the connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the trial use of the new screening machine, which must be repeatedly tightened to avoid loosening and causing accidents.

6. Damping spring: prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the full weight of the screen box. When installed, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.

7. Support: composed of four pillars and two channel steels, supporting the sieve box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steels below the two pillars should be parallel to each other.

Working principle of Linear Vibrating Screen:

The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibrators. When the two vibrators rotate synchronously or in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks offsets each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and is superimposed into a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and moves forward in a straight line, achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material.
