The mixed plastic crushing and separating line is specially used for mixing ABS/PS/PP, ABS/PS/PC, PVC/PET, PP/PE, PC/PMMA, PVC/PA, PA/PE/PO, PS/PET/PVC, etc. The plastic is crushed and separated.

Working principle: First, the mixed plastic is shredded into 1-2cm particles, and then sent to the dryer for drying. Since different types of plastics have different electrical properties, they are sent through the stirring conveyor after drying, and charged by stirring and friction. The charged plastic mixture is then fed into an electrostatic separator where it is separated by an electromagnetic field.

Production line configuration:

The mixed plastic crushing and sorting line is mainly composed of a shredder (or plastic shredder), a feed conveyor, a dryer, a mixing conveyor, a bucket elevator, an electrostatic separator, and a discharge screw conveyor.
