Pulp dehydrator is a kind of solid-liquid separation and dehydration equipment, which can continuously press and filter a large amount of pulp. Structure of Pulp Dewatering Machine:

It consists of several rollers with different diameters, concave rollers and a stirring tank installed on the bracket. The (upper, middle and lower) nets driven by the main drive rollers, dewatering rollers, tension rollers, guide rollers, deviation correction devices and dehydration It consists of a sealing device at both ends of the roller. The filter screen is tightened by compressed air pressure, equipped with a pneumatic deflection adjustment device.

Working principle of Pulp Dewatering Machine:

The pulp dehydrator is divided into two steps for filtering and dehydration.

1. Pre -dewater area

The slurry pump is pumped into the slurry box, and is evenly distributed on the filter cloth in the pre -dehydration area through spiral fabric or self -inflow into the pre -dehydration area.

After the pre -dehydrated scraper, most of the free water is discharged by gravity through the pores of the filter cloth to increase the concentration of the slurry, so that the slurry traits are stable and fixed, which is conducive to subsequent squeezing dehydration operations.

2. Pressure dehydration area

The slurry enters the pressure dehydration area from the pre -dehydration area. The slurry moves into the pressure dehydration area with the filter cloth. The capillary tube in the material is squeezed out of water pressure to produce dry cakes.
