Pulp residue separator is also called slag discharge separator, which is mainly used for the fine separation of pulp after paper and plastic separation, so that the purity of pulp can reach more than 98%, and recycle plastics to reduce the loss of plastics; pulp and residue separator can remove light and heavy impurities in pulp and decompose the small pieces of paper in the fibers; the pulp sorted by the slag separator can be directly returned to the pulp tank before the pressure screen for reuse, and the tailings after sorting do not contain fibers; for the paper mill, it improves The purity of the pulp improves the plastic recycling rate for the pelletizing plant.

Structure of Juice-residue Separation Machine:

The slag separator is mainly composed of upper cover, rotor, sieve plate, base and transmission device.

1. The upper cover is connected to the base through the flange. The inner cavity is ∩-shaped. Open the upper cover to check, clean or replace the sieve plate of the separator. In order to wash the tailings, a row of water spray pipes are installed on both sides of the upper cover.

2. The rotor is a hollow shaft with a special structure, on which there are welded axial sweeping blades and spirally arranged sorting blades alternately. Sweeping blades and sorting blades are used to beat and tear off the tailings, throw the tailings to the vortex chamber, and effectively clean the sieve plate to keep the sieve holes unblocked.

3. The sieve plate is semicircular and made of stainless steel plate. The sieve plate has a variety of sieve hole sizes, and users can choose according to the raw material and use conditions. The sieve plate is processed by drilling, deburring, polishing and other processes to meet the technical requirements of being clean, smooth and free from slurry.

4. The base is used to install the sieve plate, upper cover, rotor and other components. The good pulp passing through the sieve hole is discharged from the pulp outlet in the base, and the separated impurities are discharged from the slag discharge hopper at the tail of the base.

The pulp is transported into the slag discharge separator through the pipeline. There is a high-speed rotating rotor in the middle of the lower shell.
