Working principle of Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer:

After putting in plastic particles or chips, turn on the machine, the particles or chips will be relayed to the center of the machine by the helical blade, and rotate with the high-speed rotating main shaft; after the centrifugal force is generated, the water or oil will be thrown out, through the drainage pipe or suction The dust device is discharged outside the equipment, and finally achieves the effect of dehumidification or degreasing of plastic particles or chips.

Applicable fields: Dehydration of various plastics (peT, PE, ABS, greenhouse film, mulch film, packaging bags, garbage materials, etc.). The sand and moisture in the material can be dumped, and the dehydration rate is as high as 95%-98%.
