Working principle of Chain Conveyor:

When the chain conveyor is working, the sprocket of the head device is driven to rotate by the transmission, and the chain meshed with the sprocket also moves forward. At the same time, the hopper mounted on the chain and its supporting rollers also move synchronously along the track on the frame. Moving forward; when adding material to the hopper in the feed port, as the hopper moves, the material will be conveyed to the discharge port. Under the joint action of gravity and centrifugal force, the material is discharged from the discharge port and enters the next process.

Applicable fields: material transportation in electric power, metallurgy, brewing, chemical industry, medical treatment, machinery manufacturing, etc.

6. After tempering and heat treatment, the chain has high bearing capacity, high strength and strong impact resistance; the chain plate joint sleeve is made of alloy steel through carburizing, quenching and grinding, and has high wear resistance.

7. The tail wheel tensioning device can also adjust the position of the bearings at both ends to compensate the cumulative error of different traction chain pitches when tensioning the chain, so as to ensure the precise and stable meshing between the sprocket teeth and the traction chain.
