Precautions when using single shaft shredder

Most new equipment needs to be run-in at the beginning of use, and the single-shaft shredder is no exception. Correct running-in can increase the service life of the equipment and reduce mechanical failures. The points that need to be paid attention to when using the single-shaft shredder are as follows.

1. Check the integrity of the shredder parts and whether they are loose. If they are loose, they should be fixed in time, especially the bearings and blades to check whether the blades are loose.

2. Check whether the bearing is bent and whether the surface is smooth and free of wear.

3. Check whether the hydraulic press lacks oil. If the oil is too low, add it in time.

4. Check whether the blade of the single-shaft shredder is worn. If it is worn, replace it in time or use a spare blade.
