The electromagnetic vibration feeder is mainly composed of components such as material trough, vibration support, electromagnetic vibrator, shock absorber, etc.
Working principle of Electromagnetic Vibration Feeder:
The feeding process of the electromagnetic vibration feeder is achieved by using an electromagnetic vibrator to drive the feeding groove to move back and forth periodically in the inclined direction. When the vertical component of the vibration acceleration of the feeder is greater than the gravitational acceleration, the material in the groove will be thrown up and jump forward according to the trajectory of a parabola. The throwing and falling are completed within 1/5 seconds. The material in the groove will be thrown up and jump forward once every time the groove vibrates, In this way, the tank vibrates at a frequency of 3000 times per minute, and the material is correspondingly thrown forward and bounced, causing the material to move forward uniformly and continuously, achieving feeding.
