Structure of Plastic Vertical Dehydrator:
1. Hopper
The upper hopper of the vertical plastic dehydrator generally adopts a square hopper, and the height of the upper edge of the upper hopper from the ground is about 60cm, which can be loaded mechanically or manually.
2. Feeding propulsion system
The vertical plastic dehydrator uses a 2.2kw geared motor to drive a horizontal screw drive shaft for feeding. The feeding speed is fast, and the dehydrator requires small material size, which can meet the plastic dehydration needs in most cases.
3. Centrifugal dehydration system
The centrifugal dehydration system of the vertical plastic dehydrator mainly uses centrifugal force to quickly dry the moisture in the material.
4. Mesh screen system
The vertical plastic dehydrator screens are all made of high-quality stainless steel screens, which mainly realize solid-liquid separation under high centrifugal force conditions
5. Water return system

6. Hopper

Working principle of Plastic Vertical Dehydrator:
The vertical dehydrator uses centrifugal force to dehydrate plastic particles. When the dehydration main shaft rotates rapidly under the drive of the motor, the moisture in the plastic inside will be thrown out to the surroundings, and flow through the screen drum to the bottom, and then from drain hole to drain.
