The waste plastic bottle washing and recycling line can process various plastic materials with different pollution levels, including extremely heavily polluted plastic materials, such as HDPE/LDPE/PP bottles and barrels, hollow containers, etc. Clean plastics can be recycled through delabelling, crushing, washing, dehydration, drying, etc.

Working principle: The waste plastic bottles are transported to the single-shaft shredder through the conveyor belt, and shredded into a size smaller than 15mm, which may contain moisture during the shredding process. The crushed material is automatically collected through the water tank, and the drum screen sends the floating material to the friction cleaning machine. A friction washer will remove the water and clean the material. The water is then removed through a dehydrator and the fibers and light materials are collected through a label separator.

Production line configuration:

The waste plastic bottle cleaning and recycling production line is mainly composed of single-shaft shredder/plastic crusher, screw feeder, cleaning machine, label removing machine, vertical dehydrator, dryer and other equipment.
