Working principle: The waste motor rotor is conveyed to the twin-shaft shredder by the conveyor for preliminary shredding, and the iron material in it is separated by a magnetic separator, and then the motor stator and rotor are crushed by a vertical metal crusher, and multi-layer and multi-hammer crushing Grinding, iron removal by secondary magnetic separator, the purity can reach 98%. Copper and plastic are then separated by gravity separation process and vibration system.
