Electrostatic Separator

Working principle of Electrostatic Separator:

The principle of the electrostatic separator is that the high-voltage static electricity generated by the high-voltage generator inside the equipment discharges to the grounded rotating roller, and the materials to be sorted are evenly lowered onto the rotating roller through a special unloading device. After the conductor material is electrified, it is put into the ground through the grounded rotating roller, and the inertia of the rotating roller is added, and the conductor material is thrown into the conductor receiving hopper. After the non-conductive material is charged, due to its poor conductivity, it is adsorbed on the surface of the rotating roller, and as the roller turns to the back, it is swept by the brush and falls into the non-conductive hopper. Some of the conductive and non-conductive materials fall into the intermediate material receiving hopper due to different reasons such as the rotating speed of the roller, the adjustment distance of the equipment baffle, the size of the material particles, and the amount of electricity received, and then enter the material inlet through the feeder for circular separation.
